This role is responsible for all aspects of project delivery and helps support our customers’ long-term goals. The Associate Engagement Manager will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.Key Responsibilities:Be a culture champion for ERPA’s core values ( E mpathy, R esponsibility, P assion, A gility)Be the key connection between our consultants and the clientSupport multiple Workday engagements concurrentlyEnsure projects stay within defined scope of Statement of Work (SOW) and meet agreed milestones and budget targetsGauge and report project health and monitor risks, issues, and escalationsAssist with status updates and managing weekly, monthly and quarterly customer governance.Assist with work assignments & resource management for AMS and Phase X engagementsEnsure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and customers are referenceableExperience and Education Requirements:1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner is required.Experience managing Workday projects for higher ed/public sector clients is strongly preferred.A Workday EM/PM certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPAAbility to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)Prior experience managing projects utilizing SmartsheetExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach to ensure alignment with customers, consultants, and other internal stakeholdersMust have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to travel up to 25%, as neededDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)Location: USA or CanadaSponsorship: Open to candidates who require sponsorship transferNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job.Applicants are considered for all positions in accordance with statutes and regulations concerning non-discrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, non-disqualifying disability, veteran status, or other protected classification.ERPA is an equal opportunity employer, as well as a substance and tobacco free workplace.
