Ferguson is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Pomona, CA Ship Hub. This full-time role partners with managers and HR teams, handling recruitment collaboration, Workday processes, leaves and compensation recommendations, and policy guidance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 3+ years HR experience, and strong Excel skills.
