eDiscovery Project Manager

A rapidly growing legal technology company is looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join its Services team. This is an opportunity to work with law firms and corporate legal teams on complex, high-profile litigation and investigations, managing projects from data intake through production while acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. What you'll be doing Lead complex eDiscovery projects from initial scoping through final production. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout engagements. Advise clients on discovery workflows, productions, ESI protocols, review strategies, and best practices. Coordinate with forensic, engineering, support, and client success teams to deliver successful outcomes. Oversee document review projects, quality control, workflow design, and project timelines. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements and internal best practices. Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide strategic guidance on complex legal technology matters. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management, Litigation Support, or Legal Technology. Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle. Experience working with leading review platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal, DISCO, Nextpoint, Nuix, or similar. Experience managing productions, load files, metadata, quality control, and large datasets. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have Experience working with forensic collections or data processing vendors. Exposure to SQL, scripting, or technical troubleshooting. Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
