Project Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

salary: $55 - $63 per hour

Responsibilities

The Project Manager role will support the Infrastructure book of work, including enterprise level initiatives and priorities. This senior PM role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the delivery plans for Infrastructure initiatives and workstreams. This is a highly experienced program management/execution professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and its application in financial services vertical, with the ability to effectively communicate technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Functional Skills & Day-to-Day:

• Connect the dots across workstreams and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve process, remove friction and transform the business
• Planning and change management across project scope, timeline, and resources (specific to work stream and factory)
• Drive execution/workplan management of work stream/factory objectives.
• Maintain work stream milestones and dependencies.
• Manage and control the work stream critical path.
• Develop communication plan aligned with the program communications team.
• Host regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.
• Document and drive action items or issues/risk mitigation as they arise.
• Execute impact analysis for key milestones/outcomes At-Risk or Off-Track and Develop and monitor Go to Green plans.
• Align with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the work stream
