Event Planning Manager

Summary This posting is for an Event Planning Manager position at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center located in downtown Denver. The Event Planning Manager handles sales group bookings, working closely with hotel Sales Managers on contract negotiations and servicing groups related to event services. Primary sales efforts focus on banquet food & beverage, including menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and after events with hotel staff and clients to ensure a high level of service. Event Planning Managers host site inspections, maintain strong customer relationships, participate in event meetings, and collaborate with the entire hotel team.
