You will assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and collaborate with courts, probation officers, social workers, service providers, and families. If you are passionate about helping youth and families navigate challenging circumstances and creating positive change, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do:Provide case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and direct supportAssess needs and develop individualized service and intervention plansCoordinate services across child welfare, juvenile justice, and community systemsMonitor progress and compliance with court orders, probation requirements, and intervention plansCollaborate with families, courts, probation, and service providersComplete intakes within 24 hours of assignmentTransport clients as neededWork flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll Need:One year of direct care experience or supervised practice preferredBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyMale candidates are encouraged to apply to support the needs of the youth servedValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicleAbility to pass required background clearancesAbility to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screeningAvailability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekendsJusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
