About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee service delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts. You’ll work closely with clients, franchise owners, and internal teams to ensure every facility receives consistent, high‑quality service.

This is a hands-on, relationship‑focused role that requires strong organization, leadership, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Support franchise owners with training, staffing, and operational guidance
• Conduct site inspections and ensure brand standards are met
• Build strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness
• Resolve service issues quickly and effectively
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth transitions
• Manage schedules and resources to meet client needs
• Maintain reports and CRM updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and service excellence

Qualifications

• Comfortable with walkthroughs, inspections, and client meetings
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
