PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 and over the past 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to add to our planning team! In this role you will assist with planning freight and equipment across the PAM network.

Pay and Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Analyzing and determining which loads to plan to maximize profitability
• Provide accurate and detailed load information to various internal and external parties
• Strive to meet service and delivery goals set forth by the customer
• Clearly communicate with customers and internal employees about updates to the load
• Assign loads in a manner that will allow for on-time pick up
• Solve any issues with a planned load in a timely manner
