Sales Rep Job Responsibilities
As a sales representative, you are the primary driver of our market expansion. This Account Executive sales position is designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want to thrive in fast-paced B2B sales and SaaS sales environments. You will lead the charge in introducing our industry-leading HR software to businesses that need it most.
- Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
- Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
- Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
- Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We'll provide industry-leading training. You bring the drive to win.
- Travel required includes overnight travel.
