Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 paid in three installments: $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 12 months. (Does not apply to internal employees) AT&T is seeking motivated sales professionals to deliver personalized field sales interactions directly in customers’ homes. The role is based in San Jose, CA and includes company‑provided vehicle usage for official business. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, presenting and closing sales on the latest technology and services. Conduct hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions during scheduled appointments. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain rapport and effectively pivot to meet customer needs. Engage with the existing customer base daily, leveraging scheduled appointments to energize warm prospects. Apply upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction. Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive company vehicles on official business only. Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer timelines. Complete required background checks, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record reviews. Qualifications At least 1 year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience preferred. Proven success in achieving commission sales targets. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficient in upselling techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license.
