• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with social media, content coordination, events, reputation management, or marketing operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive customer complaints and reputation-related matters professionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to analyze marketing, customer feedback, and reputation data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Proficiency with common marketing, project management, and productivity tools
• Ability to travel up to 25% of each month

Position Summary: 

SunPower is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across social media, content, reputation management, events, campaigns, and marketing operations. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and external vendors to deliver timely, consistent, and engaging marketing programs. The Marketing Manager will help coordinate projects from initial planning through execution and reporting while supporting SunPower's brand reputation and overall marketing objectives.

Essential Duties: 

Marketing Campaigns & Projects

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion, including timelines, deliverables, resources, documentation, stakeholder communications, and project reporting
• Support the development and execution of social media content calendars, coordinating content creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing across relevant platforms
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for customers, sales representatives, and recruiting audiences while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Help maintain consistent SunPower branding across digital, event, promotional, and customer-facing materials while supporting initiatives focused on customer engagement, sales support, recruiting, recognition, and brand awareness
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and business needs while ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Support special projects, company-wide marketing initiatives, and other duties as needed to support evolving business priorities and organizational needs

Reputation Management & Customer Feedback

• Monitor and manage SunPower's online reputation across the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Google, social media, and other relevant review platforms, including tracking incoming complaints, responses, and resolutions
• Coordinate with Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to research and resolve customer complaints while ensuring responses are professional, accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with company policies
• Identify trends across customer feedback, complaints, and reviews; provide insights and reporting to marketing leadership and support initiatives that strengthen customer sentiment and SunPower's public-facing reputation

Marketing Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations, including project timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, marketing calendars, and operational documentation
• Support the fulfillment and coordination of promotional materials, merchandise, events, travel, accommodations, and other marketing-related logistics
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
