About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to its executive and field leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, enhance the teammate experience, and drive operational performance. This senior HR leader will play a critical role in reinforcing the company's service-first, field-connected culture and will be hands-on in leading practical, measurable enhancements in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning. The role requires a leader with a strong talent mindset, capable of anticipating workforce needs, and supporting the development of high-performing teammates. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, HR include strategic HR leadership, field HR partnership, talent and workforce planning, and championing a culture of engagement and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree or HR certification preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience. They must demonstrate a proven track record of partnering with senior executives to improve business performance through effective people strategies. The role demands a hands-on approach, strong knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment. The candidate should be a culture steward, with a talent for change leadership, and a commitment to the values of the organization.
