Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: In Office; Houston, TX
Pay: $21–$24 per hour

Position Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking) to manage sales orders from the time a sale is closed until the order is released to the warehouse. The CSR owns the order management process: maintaining accurate records, coordinating work across departments, monitoring progress, and resolving internal issues that could delay fulfillment.

The Sales Representative owns the customer relationship, all customer communication, and providing accurate customer and order information to the CSR. Changes to customer requirements or commitments come from Sales. The CSR proactively identifies potential issues and alerts Sales so the customer can be informed and decisions can be made.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain sales orders using the information provided by the Sales Representative.
• Ensure each order has the details needed for fulfillment, including products, quantities, delivery or installation requirements, and the Supply Required By date . Follow up with Sales when information is missing or unclear.
• Manage order updates based on direction from Sales and keep order records, dates, and notes accurate in the company’s systems.
• Monitor open orders for product delays, scheduling conflicts, missing information, warranty issues, and other risks to fulfillment.
• Promptly raise potential delays or changes to Sales, providing clear details so Sales can manage customer communication and commitments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Installations, and other departments to move orders toward release.
• Coordinate delivery and installation scheduling and dispatching based on confirmed order requirements and available resources.
• Coordinate warranty issues through the established process, track internal progress, and keep Sales informed of developments that require customer communication.
• Follow up on open tasks and discrepancies until they are resolved or escalated.
• Confirm that order information and required internal steps are complete before releasing orders to the warehouse.
• Escalate unresolved operational issues to the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, scheduling, dispatching, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Clear communication and consistent follow-through across departments.
• Ability to identify problems early, document them clearly, and drive internal resolution.
• Comfort using an ERP or order management system and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with deliveries, installations, warranties, or building products is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Full-time
• On-site at our Houston Distribution Center
