Part-time Phlebotomist-Tallahassee

Part-time phlebotomist position in Tallahassee, Florida, working 25 hours weekly performing blood collections, specimen processing, and patient administrative tasks across laboratory service centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
• Travel to additional laboratory sites as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program preferred
• Three months or more phlebotomy experience preferred
• Valid color blindness test results
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
