IT Support Technician

Requirements Must have: Previous IT support experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and backup systems. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and triage urgent matters effectively. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel on-site when needed. Flexible availability during normal business hours, with occasional urgent support as required. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues. Support printers, scanners, phones, and other office devices. Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related problems. Assist with user setup, password resets, and workstation configuration. Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Coordinate with external vendors when necessary. Help safeguard data security and maintain HIPAA compliance. Install updates and set up new equipment as needed. Deliver remote support when possible and on-site support when required. Respond promptly to IT issues to keep our providers and staff working efficiently.
