Whats a typical day as a Production Supervisor? Youll be:
- Leading a dedicated hourly team, ensuring they are empowered to perform their best work while meeting production targets.
- Acting as a champion of workplace safety by proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
- Utilizing data-driven decision-making to address quality defects and improve efficiency, while tracking employee performance metrics.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold an Associate Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) and have experience in production management, particularly in assembly production.
- Have experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- Are able to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends, in a fully on-site role.
