Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Role Description The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This position oversees behavioral health clinicians, providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to ensure quality, evidence-based care for patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving treatment plans, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring appropriate application of behavioral health interventions, as well as maintaining a caseload. The supervisor collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, participates in case conferences, and supports staff in managing complex cases and crises. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to program development and performance improvement, and helping foster a trauma-informed, culturally responsive care environment. Qualifications

• Strong Clinical Supervision and Supervisory Skills to guide behavioral health staff, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field; relevant state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LCP) preferred or required per local regulations
• Experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health or community health settings, ideally serving diverse and underserved populations
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment
• Commitment to cultural humility, health equity, and trauma-informed, patient-centered care

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $95,000-$115,000+, commensurate with experience.
