Behavioral Health Consultant & Clinical Supervisor
The Institute for Family Health
The Institute for Family Health seeks a Behavior Health Consultant to lead clinical activities within the Behavioral Health department, focusing on connecting patients to care through warm handoffs and referrals from primary care.
