This opportunity offers professional stability, clinical support, and the freedom to make a real-world impact.What You'll Do:Provide counseling services that support clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral adjustment throughout recovery.Help individuals navigate life transitions related to injury or illness, including: regaining independence with daily responsibilities, returning to work or school, re-engaging in community and social activities.Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, LCSWs, and other rehabilitation professionals.Participate in team communication and care planning to support holistic, goal-driven outcomes.Deliver services in real-world settings, allowing counseling to directly support functional progress.Who We're Looking For:A licensed LPC in the state of Oregon with experience supporting individuals through recovery and life transitions.A clinician who thrives in autonomous, community-based practice while valuing collaboration and communication.Someone passionate about person-centered, functional care beyond traditional clinic walls.Experience in neurorehabilitation, medical, or community-based settings preferred.Why Rehab Without Walls®:We don't confine care to an office.
