In this role, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtfully prepared dishes, attention to detail, and a commitment to the exceptional standards of Four Seasons. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do As a Cook II, you will play an important role in the daily success of our culinary operation. Your responsibilities will include:Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, techniques, and Four Seasons standards.Ensure exceptional quality, flavor, presentation, and portion consistency.Complete mise en place and prepare your station for efficient service.Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout each service period.Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards and procedures.Collaborate with fellow culinary team members to support a smooth and successful service.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a professional kitchen, experience within luxury hotel, resort or fine-dining environment is preferred.Knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques and food safety practices.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.Ability to follow direction while confidently completing assigned responsibilities.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.What to ExpectThis is a hands-on culinary role in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment where teamwork, precision, and consistency are essential.Work in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment while maintaining exceptional standards.Spend extended periods standing and actively working throughout the kitchen.Work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Take ownership of assigned tasks while working closely with the broader Culinary team.Continue developing your culinary skills with opportunities for learning, growth, and career development within Four Seasons.US work authorization is required.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
