At Behavioral Health Works, our Behavior Technicians work one‑on‑one with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. No corporate fluff. What you’ll actually be doing: Working directly with kids using play‑based ABA therapy (yes, you get paid to play) Teaching communication, social, and self‑help skills Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet Partnering with families and a clinical team that has your back What’s in it for you: Pay & Perks Competitive pay - $20 to $25/hr Flexible schedules (8 am to 8 pm, minimum 3 days/week) Complete your RBT training within 14 days and earn a bonus, plus we cover your RBT exam fees Bilingual?
