Paraprofessional/Teacher's Assistant
Health Source Group- a trusted pioneer of healthcare consulting and staffing- currently seeks compassionate, qualified and committed Paraprofessional/Teacher's Assistant.
Note: Candidate must be dedicated to working with children with special needs. Experience working with children with special needs/disabilities is a plus!
Daily School Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of common childhood illness, rashes and communicable diseases and disorders common to youth.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently and positively with staff, faculty and students.
- Assist student with toileting needs*
Compensation:
- Competitive Hourly Pay

Required Documents (candidates must provide all documents):
- Updated Resume
- 2 Forms of I.D. (Driver's License & SS Card or Passport)
- Physical (Must have been completed within 1 one-year)
- PPD (Must have been completed within one-year)
- Immunizations: Titers (Measles, Mumps, Rubella + Varicella)
- In order to work within a school setting, it is mandatory for all employees to be fingerprinted and cleared by the New York State Department of Education. *Candidates must be willing to get fingerprinted immediately*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
