Receptionist

Pay: $14.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience Language: Fluency in Spanish and English About the Position Our law office in Clovis is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively assist our diverse client base. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors as they arrive at the office and assist them with needs Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area organized and presentable Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and copying Take detailed messages and relay information promptly to the appropriate staff member Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English required (spoken and written) Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, courteous phone and in-person manner Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment Reliable and punctual Compensation $14.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
