Job Full Description

A logistics company in Haltom City is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher!

Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties:

Plan, coordinate, and optimize driver routes for efficiency and service reliability
Manage terminal and dispatch operations, including driver assignments and daily communications
Monitor driver progress throughout the day and provide real-time support as needed
Ensure drivers complete accurate trip reports, dispatch logs, and manifests
Verify driver compliance with pre-trip inspections, uniform standards, and required equipment
Ensure company vehicles are clean and meet maintenance and safety standards
Report service and maintenance issues to leasing companies and supervisors
Track variable expenses including fuel and mileage; report discrepancies or concerns

Qualifications:

Willingness to be reachable via company-provided phone during off-duty hours for emergencies
May require some travel
