What You'll Be DoingAs a Barista at Native Fields LLC, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and answering questions about our menu.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient workflow.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- A strong passion for coffee and an eagerness to share your knowledge with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
