Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Technology department supporting innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: GenAI Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale or long-term software engineering challenges
• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to incorporate technical strategies
• Design, develop, and implement generative AI-driven applications utilizing large language models (LLMs)

What's Needed?

• Strong hands-on Python software engineering experience (not just scripting)
• Proven SDLC experience with CI/CD and team-based development
• Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications, including building agents and evaluating outputs
• At least 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• Understanding of multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OpenShift) and cloud-native development
