COMPENSATION

$46.50/hr.

SCHEDULE

Working Model: 5 days in-office, Monday-Friday.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

CONTRACT TERM

1-year contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Service Planning and Admin Support Specialist is responsible for carrying out many of the organization's administrative functions, including review of service plans, project support, documenting important progression and discussion, and other functions as needed. This role sits within the B2B VD CARE Team as a Service Planning and Administrative Support Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide project support, including but not limited to documenting and generating reports, creating PowerPoint presentations, and meeting recaps.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to support B2B customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reporting (in a supporting role) for senior leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea.
• Develop and improve B2B service processes in line with B2B customers' expectations.
• Contribute strategic thinking and collaborative preparation toward the team's targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (reading and writing proficiency required).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects and/or events.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and a self-driven, fast-learning mindset.
