Senior Risk Analyst Governance and Control Work Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $91,000 - $145,600 USD Responsibilities Manage the development and monitor enterprise risk governance frameworks. Play a key role in developing and supporting a policy management framework, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization and alignment with TDBG policies and procedures. Act as expert on risk governance and advise business and corporate segments on industry practices and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the design and maintenance of a policy governance framework. Analyze differences in policy management approaches internally and identify leading practices for financial institutions. Identify good industry practice for formalization in the policy framework. Develop an implementation strategy and execute appropriate implementation of policy framework activities across the organization. Develop a process for review, monitoring, and reporting. Support the development and maintenance of the managerial governance framework. Act as a central expert regarding risk governance, consult with others, and advise business and corporate segments regarding good industry practice. Stay apprised of industry leading practices and applicable regulatory expectations. Lead the role in updating and managing the maintenance of an enterprise risk management framework and update the related major risk identification process to maintain TD’s risk inventory. Provide ongoing governance training and education related to the frameworks to risk management and business partners. Support risk‑related mandates and charters. Perform other activities related to the above and assigned to the position from time to time by the VP Governance and Control. Qualifications 4‑year degree. 5+ years relevant industry or risk management experience and/or accreditation. Leadership & management skills aligned to TD’s expectations. Conceptual and practical thinking and implementation skills. Excellent verbal skills, both oral and written. Confidence and ability to uphold standards and influence partners. Process design and analysis skills. Time management and multi‑tasking skills. Research, analysis and judgement skills. Initiative and relationship building and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft products – CoPilot, Excel, Word, Planner, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with Archer / ServiceNow and Tableau. CPA certification. Financial accounting experience. Regulatory reporting experience. Physical Requirements Perform sedentary work continuously. Operate standard office equipment continuously.
