HR Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven People Analytics Analyst to support HR and business leaders with actionable insights into workforce trends and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, HR, and technology, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, storytelling, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business decisions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker and Workday Discovery Boards
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to streamline data analysis, summarize qualitative feedback, and automate reporting tasks
Ensure data accuracy and integrity, maintaining audit-ready and defensible reporting standards
Create clear documentation outlining data sources, methodologies, and metric calculations
Develop polished, executive-ready presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or a similar data-focused role
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, index/match, etc.)
Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker and Workday
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives
Familiarity with audit processes and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SQL and querying databases
Exposure to AI/NLP tools for analyzing unstructured data
Understanding of HR data structures, particularly Workday HCM
Naturally curious mindset with a drive to uncover insights beyond surface-level reporting
