A Brief Overview

The Processor performs data entry, scans documents, files, validates inventory and reviews client data to determine its accuracy for use in our administration system. All duties are performed while ensuring both quality and productivity standards are met.

What You Will Do

• Processes client administrative statements and manually corrects, inputs and reconciles
• Manually performs inventory count, verification and summarization of the hard-copy treaty
• Organizes, scans and verifies the accuracy of claim files, retro files, treaty documents and administrative
• Reviews, sets up and accrues claims submitted by the client. Links claim documentation to the appropriate policies.
• Reviews insured maintenance records and makes necessary corrections to maintain data integrity and treaty compliance.
• Processes requests received from various areas in Operations, involving policy verification and claim set up.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required
• 1+ Years of relevant work experience required
• Basic Outlook Skills required
• Basic Math Skills required
• Basic written and oral communication skills required
• Must be flexible and adaptive to change required
• Basic Microsoft Word Skills required
• Ability to work well within a team environment required
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills required

Compensation Range:

$37,750.00 - $50,950.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
