DESCRIPTION

The desktop technician will support a mutual insurance company to provide technical support. The desktop support technician will assist with activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported IT problems.

DUTIES

• Maintain ,analyze, and troubleshoot devices.
• Repair computer systems relating to hardware and software.
• Setup workstations and computer peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printers and A/V systems.
• Supporting end-users with excellent customer service.
• Maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Work within ticketing systems to prioritize workloads.
• Decommission services and assist with packaging and disposal.
• Track and log IT assets.
• Transport IT equipment between sites.
• Image and deploy PC's and Laptops.

• Monday-Friday
• Weekends off
• 8am-5pm

This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
