About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for People Business Partnerships and Workforce Architecture. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years' in a leadership role within complex, matrixed organizations. The role requires a proven track record in strategic HR partnership, hands-on experience in workforce architecture, org design, and employee relations, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
