Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Rehabilitation Location Vermont Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shifts, 12 hours, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical unit will provide comprehensive nursing care through coordination with patient families and interdisciplinary teams. The focus is on patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, and aims to enhance their quality of life by restoring function and independence. Responsibilities Coordinate total nursing care for patients. Participate in patient and family education. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nurses and other patient care team members. May act as a backup Charge Nurse. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years recent Med-Surg Rehabilitation experience. Charge RN experience is required. Previous travel experience of at least 3 months is necessary. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State.
