About the Role

We're an early-stage, AI-powered talent acquisition startup on a mission to transform how people find their next role at high-growth startups — replacing lengthy application processes with smart, direct introductions. We're looking for our first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer to help shape our product from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join a founding team, own the frontend end-to-end, and build consumer-grade experiences that directly impact how candidates and companies connect in the modern job market.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the frontend architecture and user experience of our core product.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to translate Figma designs into polished, performant interfaces.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to move fast and ship high-quality features.
• Help define engineering culture, standards, and best practices as a founding team member.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback to continuously improve the B2C product experience.
• Partner directly with founders and the CTO to shape product direction.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on consumer / B2C products .
• At least 2+ years of experience at B2C companies with demonstrated impact.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and AI-assisted coding tools .
• Authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available .
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in early-stage startups or founding engineering teams.
• Willingness to work from or relocate to San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per year

Location

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA . Candidates located in or willing to work from Los Angeles or New York City may also be considered. No visa sponsorship is available — applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
