As a Sales Project Manager you’ll turn ideas into reality—starting with smaller projects like vehicle wraps and event signage, then leveling up to larger, high-impact jobs as you grow. You’ll be on the front lines with customers—handling inbound leads, identifying needs, building quotes, performing site visits, and closing deals. From there, you’ll drive each project through production by creating work orders and keeping everything on track through completion. Responsibilities A Sales Project Manager handles all size projects, from temporary signage needs (like tradeshows and events) to full-scale projects, like new businesses opening and recurring customers with a monthly flow of orders. Coordinates projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Helps to manage the customers’ experience with the company and its employees. Other duties may be assigned, that may or may not include the following: pick‑up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc. File & proof generation, follow‑up on proofing with customers, meeting on‑site for installations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Top 5 Must-Haves Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to build trust and close sales Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages without dropping details Experience (or confidence) in estimating, quoting, and basic math calculations Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time‑management skills Self‑motivated, coachable, and driven to grow in a fast‑paced environment Key Responsibilities Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly Convert leads into sales Produce accurate estimates that meet scope and margin goals Manage multiple active projects while meeting deadlines Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business Qualifications: Required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 2–5+ years of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and customer‑facing skills, including the ability to present professionally Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities High level of integrity and sound decision‑making Preferred / Advanced Experience in signage, construction, or large‑format print industry Proficient with computers and business software (MS Office and project tools) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and site plans Knowledge of permitting, zoning, and code compliance (ADA a plus) Understanding of sign materials and fabrication (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, LED, etc.) Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and project budgets Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Education High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field preferred (not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr QC Signs & Graphics
