Portfolio Accountant

A growing and established property management company is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilitie Prepare monthly financial statement Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedule Process monthly owner funding and distribution request Initiate mortgage wire transfers and ACH payment Perform monthly bank reconciliation Analyze and reconcile general ledger account Assist with annual audit Support the accounting team with additional projects and responsibilities as neede Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferre 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experienc Property accounting experience preferre Desired Skill Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Offic Experience with property management software such as MRI, RealPage, Yardi, or TOPS is preferre Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skill Strong attention to detail and accurac Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to work independently and collaborativel High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informatio We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including Medical, dental, vision, and life insuranc #J-18808-Ljbffr
