Client Service Associate

Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Service Associate will facilitate various requests, provide account information, and ensure a smooth client experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute client requests including account statements, balance inquiries, and fraud reporting Assist with account maintenance, onboarding, and coordination with relationship managers Provide online banking assistance and manage money movement tasks such as wires and transfers Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry Knowledge of financial legislation and bank products/services Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills
