Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $1,850 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) Lancaster, PA. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital with a focus on stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The RN will deliver intense, customized rehabilitation to promote patient recovery and improve quality of life. Job Details Position Description: RN for inpatient rehab hospital. 59 bed hospital with 11 of those beds being located in a locked neuro unit. Patient population includes strokes, TBIs, post orthopedic surgeries, MVAs, etc. Nurse Ratio 1:6 or 1:7 Ratio. Hours are 1900-0730 with an every other weekend requirement. Required Qualifications: Valid PA nursing license or accepted license from a compact state; BLS certification; 0 years of experience; located in or willing to work in Lancaster, PA; schedule is Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Rehab or Acute Care Experience. Additional Information: The unit utilizes equipment such as Hoyer Lifts, Glucometer, INR Machine, and operates with Epic Electronic Health Record system.
