Details 59-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, including an 11-bed locked neuro unit Patient population includes strokes, TBIs, post-orthopedic surgeries, and MVAs Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7, with tech ratio of 1:12 Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Every other weekend requirement No on-call requirements No floating requirements Uses Hoyer lifts, glucometers, and INR machines Charts in Epic Requirements Active RN license (PA or compact state accepted) Current BLS certification (AHA required) Rehab or acute care experience preferred Experience with debility, TBI, and CVA diagnoses preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Compassionate personality fit desired Additional Information Provide nursing care within a Joint Commission Certified rehab hospital with Stroke and Brain Injury Certification Facility is CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited Navy blue scrubs required for nursing staff Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full time American Traveler Job ID P-743611.
