Job Description Job Description Salary: About the Role: Horwitz is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can seamlessly manage the planning, coordination, and creation of our business development materials. This includes prequalification packages, proposals, and presentation/interview materials. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you\'ll need to be detail-oriented, excel at multitasking, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring all content aligns with our branding standards. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & Marketing Materials: Work closely with internal teams, such as Business Development and Project Managers, to strategize, plan, and develop content for proposals and interviews. Oversee the quality and consistency of proposal content. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of marketing plans that align with Horwitz\'s business goals. Contribute to content creation for our website, proposals, and social media. Business Development Support: Assist pursuit teams in crafting proposals and marketing materials that enhance our competitiveness in securing new projects. Communications & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify media opportunities and assist in creating thought leadership content. Administration & Special Projects: Maintain project databases and digital assets, coordinate sponsorship activities and event logistics, and participate in company meetings and training. Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience in branding, marketing content creation, and proposal development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
