Job Description Title: Nurse Practitioner (Nursing Home) Location: Hackensack/Bergen County area NJ Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent Shift: Days Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus benefits (DOE)** Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional primary and specialty care services. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, skilled in clinical assessment, and comfortable collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement patient treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventative care Document all patient interactions in the EMR/EHR system Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult/Geriatric) Active NJ State NP License National Certification (AANP or ANCC) Preferred Qualifications: EMR/EHR experience Bilingual in Spanish (a strong plus) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
