RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound calling, working referral opportunities and networking. 
• Personal branding and marketing the agency throughout the community
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Develop strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess or be able to obtain Property and Casualty & Life and Health Insurance License 
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, business support or insurance is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a modest base salary with a strong commission structure and significant earning potential. It is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance and excited by the opportunity to directly impact their income through individual sales success. Agents who meet minimum goals make $50,000 per year. If you are motivated to control your income, the commissions are un-capped.
