Desktop Support Technician

Job Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to provide Tier 2 hardware and software support. This person will troubleshoot complex technical issues, serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk, support end users across multiple locations, and help deploy and maintain company devices. The pay rate for this role is $22-25hr depending on years of experience. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, printer, and mobile device issues Serve as an escalation point for Service Desk technicians Image, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, tablets, and thin clients Support employee onboarding, account setup, and hardware deployment Maintain accurate ticket updates, technical documentation, and asset inventory Assist with technology projects, system outages, and a 24/7 on-call rotation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
