Hoffenmer Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

As a Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to the appropriate agencies.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Process client data and documentation with a high level of accuracy
\n
• Review submissions for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies
\n
• Ensure all filings are completed correctly and submitted to federal and state agencies
\n
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
\n
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process
\n
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining strong individual performance
\n
• Identify and troubleshoot processing issues proactively
\n
• Communicate with state and Federal entities
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required
\n
• 1+ year of customer service, data entry, or processing experience
\n
• 1+ year of IFTA / IRP experience (required)
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
\n
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience in high-volume processing or administrative roles
\n
• Familiarity with compliance, permits, or regulatory environments
\n
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc.)
\n
• Data entry experience preferred
\n

\n
