Family Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual primary care evaluations, manage chronic and acute care needs, and develop individualized treatment plans while working remotely as a 1099 contractor. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual primary care evaluations and assessments Manage and oversee care for chronic diseases, acute care needs, and routine health maintenance Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Required Qualifications Active FNP certification Licensure in multiple states is preferred Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
