Payroll Administrative Associate
The Payroll Administrative Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of income mail, payroll documentation, and administrative support to the SVP of Payroll. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information securely.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Income Mail Management:
- Receive, open, assess, and resolve all income-related mail.
- Scan tax-related mail to ADP and the Payroll team.
- Save all mail in designated secured folders.
2. Documentation of Payment Requests:
- Maintain records of all demand/requests for payments in Excel, including:
- Federal taxes
- State taxes
- State Unemployment Insurance (SUI)
- Child Support
- Tax Levies
- Student Loans
- Other applicable jurisdictions
3. Payroll Records Management:
- Record, scan, and store current and prior year payroll documents.
- Prepare documents for offsite storage as needed.
4. Administrative Support to SVP of Payroll:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes.
- Plan and book travel arrangements.
- Submit expense reimbursements.
- Plan and execute team meetings and vendor events.
- Manage business guests and visitors for the SVP.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
Compensation: $50,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 10/31.
