Lapper Kitchen Sports Bar is where the game is always on the drinks are cold and the food is meant to be enjoyed with friends. We are looking for a Part-Time Server who knows how to keep guests happy tables moving and the good times going.
If you can recommend a burger without hesitation carry a tray without panic and keep your cool when the big game is onkeep reading.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly attentive service from hello to check
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check in with guests throughout their experience and anticipate their needs
- Maintain clean organized and properly set tables
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the kitchen bar and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly
- Follow all food safety alcohol service and resort standards
- Help create an energetic environment where guests want to come back
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality serving experience preferred
- A genuine desire to take care of people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Comfortable working evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tables and priorities at once
- A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Must meet applicable age requirements for alcohol service
The Physical Stuff
You will spend a good portion of your shift on your feet moving throughout the restaurant carrying trays reaching bending and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds .
