It's often said when you join the Kaplan team you never want to leave - so prepare yourself to partner with a passionate staff who celebrates an average tenure of 15 plus years!About the Position: Our Accounts Payable Associates support business operations by ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of vouchers posted to the PeopleSoft system. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring approval procedures are followed, the accuracy of accounts payables and the timeliness of voucher processing.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PMPosition Responsibilities Include:Accountable for accurately matching receiving report to vendor invoice by quantity and price and resolve any discrepancies through collaboration with the Purchasing and Operations Department.
