Join Optimal Care Therapy's Virtual or In-Person Team!
Optimal Care ABA Therapy offers In-Home Therapy Services throughout the state of Illinois for children ages 0-15 with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Optimal Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Illinois certification required (LBA)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Pay Range: $65-70/hour
Part-Time: Case by Case basis- starting with several clients approved to start. Potential to build to Full Time!
Location: Virtual or In-Home if within 30 miles of your location
