This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources. The HR Administrator will support daily HR operations, assist with employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employeesMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesProcess employee paperwork including new hire documents, terminations, and status changesRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresHelp coordinate employee training, and engagement activitiesAssist with payroll preparation and attendance trackingEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesPrepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as neededSupport other administrative duties within the HR departmentQualifications of the Human Resources Administrator:Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred1-2 years' of HR or administrative experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information professionallyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plusPreferred Skills of the Human Resources Administrator:Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnSpanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities preferredA successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.By applying for this role, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
